This was actually good. Actually, really good. There were several cliches, several moments where I thought "oh, this is that" and this did turn out to be that, and there were several moments where I thought "gah, is this that?" and this did not turn out to be that, and again there were several moments where Leigh Bardugo slammed her words right into my face and screamed "THIS IS THAT YOU DOOFUS!" All those plot twists, all those schemings, all those emotional turns. One look of love. *sigh* This is why you shouldn't love. Definitely gonna start reading Crooked Kingdom as soon as possible. Looking forward to Wylan chapters!
