Using this product for few days. The charging quality is very bad. I bought this product knowing 4-5 hours playtime. But I don't even get 1 hour playtime. It sucks me. I did not find any match between their words and the quality of this product. Their claims about this product did not match its quality. Truly disappointing. I don't recommend anyone to buy this product.

I bought a rivo ep 103 earphone at November 2023. I loved that one so much. Sound quality and wire quality was very good. I still have that one. But its became kinda old. So i order again another one. And I saw they update its packet. And make sound quality less than old one. So, I am a little bit of disappointed. My old one's quality still better than new one.

I bought it one week ago. It was orginal product. Still working good. After full charge its working for 15 hours.

It's very small and the fan speed is not powerful enough even at top speed. Complete waste of money. Don't buy this product.
