Biswaroop Mukherjee is an experienced HR leader. He has handled multiple high- impact roles in the domain of HR in various organizations of repute across industries and geographies. Biswaroop’s journey in HR began with a passion for understanding the intricacies of human behaviour in the workplace and a drive to create positive organizational cultures that foster growth and development. His interests and expertise are wide ranging, encompassing such eclectic fields as organization development, change management, executive coaching, and building high-performing teams. His book Apostles: A Candid Take on Managing Organisations and Talent, also published by BluOne Ink, is a bestseller in its category. Biswaroop completed his management education from SIBM, Pune, and bachelor’s in science from Fergusson College, Pune. He is Vice President (People and Transformation) at global energy firm Aker Solutions. Before this, he was the HR head at Tata Motors, where he worked for over a decade. He has also worked at GE, Deloitte, Dr. Reddy’s, and ABP Group. An ICF-certified coach and a Hogan-certified assessor, he has developed a keen interest in human resource development and management.
