My name is Rezaul Islam. I live in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. My birth date is 24 October, 1954. I obtained two Masters Degree, one in Public Administration with honours in Graduation from Dhaka University, and other one is in Population Science from Exeter University, U.K. Since my childhood, I aspired to be a singer or a writer, but due to my family condition, I had to join in the Civil Service. I spent thirty one years, working under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. I retired as an Acting Director from the Directorate General of Family Welfare/Planning. After retirement in 2012, I started writing books based on my memoirs and travelogue. I wrote a few books, mostly in Bengali. I am a passionate lover of music, especially Rabindranath Tagore’s song. I like watching cricket and football. I like playing chess too. I visited many countries like Japan, China, England, America, Indonesia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Vietnam, Malayasia, Srilanka and more. My dream is to see a beautiful World that establishes a human bond across national borders.
