When I was in the third semester of my bachelor studies then I first read organizational behavior. And in my seventh semester I studied human resource management. These two subjects give me new knowledge that people are the most vital resource for any organization or any country. After that I have entered in job life. Though I worked for some months in HR, but I am always passionate about this subject specially in organizational behavior. In my more than 12 years of professional career I mostly worked in the facilities and administration department. I have worked in a small company and now working in a large organization that is giant in its field. I have learned so many things, observed different perspectives. Apart from my academic knowledge these professional insights show me some new window of intelligence.
One day in June, 2023 I read an online article of a business tycoon of our country where he described how he suffers to get the loan from banks, and how many days he spent to establish the first unit of his factory. Then it strikes into my mind why we are not thinking of employers as human resources? This thinking actually motivated me to write this book.
In this book I have given some logic on why employers should be believed as human resources. Also, it is described in this book about HR realization that is the techniques/ activities of balancing the relationship between employee and employer.
In my professional life I have observed so many events which compelled me to think some practices within an organization should be changed. So, I have also described some theories of management and some other ideas.
All of my theories/ ideas are focused on organizational atmosphere. To manage an organization these ideas can be helpful.
According to me, the main objective of education (academic/ professional) is to create new knowledge. And I have tried to express some of my knowledge which I have gathered through my academic and professional learnings.
