1. Kindness Challenge: Do one kind thing each day for a week. Notice how it makes you feel!
2. Gift Map: Draw a picture of your family or class. Write each person's special gift next to them
3. Helping Hands: Trace your hands on paper. On each finger, write one way you can help others
4. Story Sharing: Tell about a time someone helped you, or you helped someone else
