4. ডেলিভারি গাড়ি প্রবেশযোগ্য হলে পণ্য গ্রাহকের বাড়ি বা বাড়ির আঙিনা পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে। অন্যথায়, ডেলিভারি ট্রাক যেখানে পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম হবে, সেখানেই পণ্য হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
5. ফ্ল্যাট বা রুম পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয় না।

3. পণ্যের সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ অনুপস্থিত থাকা ।
4. ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হওয়া ।
ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ
1. ১২ (বারো) মাসের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।
2. ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি বা ব্যবহৃত উপকরণের ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
3. স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষয়ক্ষতি বা নির্ধারিত ব্যবহারের বাইরে কোনো কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
4. ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস পেতে গ্রাহককে আমাদের হেল্পলাইন নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
