The chest piece is lightweight and available for adults and pediatric patients; it is crafted from anodized aluminum and is dual-sided with a matte finish. The more extended diaphragm is suitable for adults. In contrast, the less extensive diaphragm covers a small, valuable size for pediatric patients, thus making the solution versatile in numerous cases.
This stethoscope is fine-tuned through the types of machinery to get your desired performance and lasting characteristics. Although it has a relatively simple design, it contains two adjustable diaphragms combined with brass chrome-plated rings, which make the item highly sensitive to sound. The sounds in this design, associated with a patient, are produced from vibrations in the human skin whenever the head part of the stethoscope is placed on the patient and are delivered to the listener’s ears under high acoustic pressure.
The conveniently tilted binaural tube and a slender chrome-plated cluster provide comfortable fitting. The frame is made from 5mm thick Rolz-Bright steel pipes for the three most significant structures, averages 4mm for the other three, and 3mm for the smaller four structures. A 5mm seamless brass pipe must be perfectly inserted in the ear canal to be comfortable for at least a few hours. All the frame tension is easily adjustable depending on the comfort preferred by the specific user.
These ear tips are made from soft-sealing siliconized PVC materials that ensure good acoustical isolation, preventing any exterior sounds from intruding into the patient’s hearing. The two-way tubing is designed to be free from latex and constructed with PVC material, providing clear sound for sound transmission. It is more unlikely to absorb stain than the inferior one, and besides, its better design does not turn brittle even if it is folded as tightly as a pocket.
