Finally this group of friends with the help of a patriot guy named Chief Bulbul who was in charge of the security of the devil Doctor discovered the hidden intention of the experiment in the name of testing for wright loss drug. The story is told in such a fluent language that once you start the book, you can't leave without finishing it - like me, I finished it in one and half days despite my busy work schedules. Diversify is also a beauty of this story where we can see the group is composed of all the ethnicities belong in our country. The readers will get a vivid deion of 'Biju' celebration observed by our Chakma communities. A must read for the readers who like Thriller Genre!

This book is the perfect mix of emotion, love, and brutality. I especially loved how it portrayed friendship so beautifully. Reading this book made me wish there had been stories like this when I was a teenager. As someone who grew up in Dhanmondi, seeing it mentioned in a book gave me a completely different feeling — I realized how much representation matters when you see the places you grew up in come alive on the page. It was the perfect page-turner; I simply couldn’t put it down. The story felt incredibly well-researched, and I couldn’t find a single flaw. The illustrations included in the book were stunning — they complemented the story perfectly. I absolutely loved reading it and honestly don’t know how else to explain it. I highly recommend this book if you haven’t read it already!

The pacing is non-stop, and the group of bondhus at the center makes you feel every intense, local threat. Seriously, if you want a great, localized horror thriller, eta pora must!

I’ve read a fair share of zombie stories, but The Serenade of the Dead absolutely gripped me from the first page. It is not just another run and hide survival story but it is a heart racing thriller that makes you question how far people will go when the world collapses around them.

Honestly, the prologue was fantastic ; need a whole book about it.
