I never saw myself being in “sales.” Yuck! Who would take on being the outsider at every family and friend event? Or so I thought! And yet once I realized I had always been in sales, I embraced it fully, finding a way to be ethical, genuine, and generous during my selling conversations! In doing so, I found my calling helping people who also never saw themselves in sales—succeed in selling! I’m honored to have guided thousands of financial professionals grow their skills, processes, and confidence in selling, leading to increased conversion rates, sometimes by more than 50% in 12 short weeks. It’s why I’ve been asked to deliver these strategies to thousands of advisors and build dozens of custom training courses for financial services companies—from solo firms to national companies. After being a lifelong Wisconsinite and raising my kids there, I headed south to southeastern Florida where, when I’m not helping advisors step into their selling role with confidence, you’ll find me spending time with people I love, traveling (ask me about my 6 weeks living like a local in Italy in 2024), or outdoors, capturing unexpected adventures on water or land.
