Kweilin is a Senior Partner at McKinsey, a Director of the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), and leads Diversity and Inclusion for McKinsey globally. She is the co-author of The Broken Rung (published March 11, 2025 by Harvard Business Review Press) to help women navigate their careers. The goal of the book is to share data and insights on key pivot points across a career, and also share success stories of women who have successfully navigated them.
